CommUnity Impact Opportunities

Restore Florence and Masterpieces Damaged

This afternoon meet with your local English speaking guide and you will join the a local institution in Florence. This association was founded after the Flood in Florence in 1966 to restore the city and masterpieces damaged. You will turn into “Florence TeenAngels”, who volunteer to clean and maintain in order the city of Florence, cleaning gardens and graffiti from buildings and every day they dedicate to a different site.

Day on an Organic Farm

Spend the day on a real organic farm located in the Chianti country side. Learn from Chef Andrea as you work side by side in his garden. You will see first hand how to care and maintain the plants and chickens that roam his courtyard. Finish the day with a cooking class where you will make an authentic Italian feast for mom and dad.

Dinner with Locals

Exchange customs and cultures over a meal with a local Italian family. We will do our best to match your family with a local family with children of similar age. Over a meal in their home share your language, customs and stories. This is a great way to interact with local people and to really enjoy an authentic Italian meal. We can organize this activity in Venice, Florence & Rome.
